Role Overview
Support the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for technology roles.
The internship supports recruitment and outsourced manpower solutions for IT, banking, and technology clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records in Zoho Recruit.
- Follow up with candidates and support recruitment coordination.
Requirements
- Good academic background in IT or Computer Science, or 1–2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter.
- Very good command of written and verbal English communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
