- Prepare, execute, and document test plans and test cases for systems and applications.
- Perform functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, and track system defects and issues through resolution.
- Verify the quality of system enhancements and new releases before deployment.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with approved quality standards.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and Business teams to improve system and service quality.
- Prepare quality reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in IT Quality Control (IT QC), Quality Assurance (QA), or System Testing
- Previous experience in FinTech, Financing, Banking, or Financial Services is preferred
- Good knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies and the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must be currently residing and physically based in Saudi Arabia

Overview
