This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and team facilitation within IT and enterprise project environments.
The candidate will be responsible for driving Agile transformation, ensuring effective Scrum implementation, and enabling high-performing teams to deliver value in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- The ability to implement and utilize the values of Agile methodology within the team and develop the product development cycle
- Monitoring the team through the application of daily Agile practices and performance dashboards
- Identifying and managing tasks and risks arising during work cycles
- Coordinating and scheduling daily and weekly Agile ceremonies and methodology meetings
- The ability to assist the team in facilitating decision-making processes
- The ability to improve team performance by developing improvement plans based on Agile methodology principles
- Ensuring the proper use of communication and collaboration processes within the team
- Preparing and submitting daily status and monitoring reports to authorized personnel
- Proficiency in using business management platforms such as JIRA, Slack, etc
- Following up with the team and project managers to ensure the implementation and tracking of project financial processes
- Guiding teams on how to use Agile and flexible work methodologies
- Training product personnel and fostering a culture of productivity and continuous improvement
- Supporting the Product Owner in planning annual releases and launches
- Developing shared performance indicators (KPIs) across different teams and enhancing internal organization
- Building a safe and documented environment that promotes problem-solving without fear of reprisal
- Establishing standards and rules for the Agile methodology
- Designing workflows for teams
- Creating workflows for various elements
- Ability to manage and implement change in product processes (Change Management)
Requirements
- Arabic speakers (Mandatory)
- Minimum 8 years of overall professional experience
- At least 8 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, Scrum practices, and product development lifecycle
- Experience in designing workflows, establishing Agile standards, and driving process improvements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent planning, time management, and risk management abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Hands-on experience with tools such as
- JIRA and other Agile collaboration platforms
- Certifications such as
- DAC-PMI or ICP-ACC
(Preferred And Required)
- Safe-Leadership Certification or higher (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience in Agile/Scrum leadership or similar role
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-team environments
