Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee IT and low current projects from initiation to handover.
- Plan project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring on time delivery.
- Coordinate the implementation of CCTV, Audio/PA Systems, IT Infrastructure, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Review technical designs, specifications, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing IT and low current projects
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, Audio/PA Systems, IT Infrastructure, and Fire Fighting systems
- Ability to develop and manage project schedules, resources, and implementation plans
- Strong leadership skills with ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement follow up
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong reporting and project monitoring capabilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
