- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects that support Siraj Solar’s engineering and training activities
- Coordinate cross functional teams, define project objectives and scope, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure alignment with business and solar energy initiatives
- Establish project plans, track progress, mitigate risks, and maintain documentation for IT systems and platforms used in engineering studies and training programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and work with vendors or internal teams to implement solutions
- Monitor system performance, drive continuous improvement in IT processes, and promote best practices in project management and communication
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate project data, assess risks, and support informed decision making
- Program management and project planning skills to structure initiatives, define milestones, and manage resources effectively
- Information technology skills, including familiarity with IT infrastructure, software implementation, and system integration
- Communication skills to collaborate with technical and non technical stakeholders, document requirements, and provide clear status updates
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial
- Experience managing IT projects in energy, engineering, or renewable sectors is an advantage
- Knowledge of standard project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is an advantage
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are desirable
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Role Description
