About the Role
Synthify HR Solutions seeks an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of regulatory IT projects. The role requires defining project scope, managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with IT governance.

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end delivery of regulatory IT projects and strategic initiatives
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
- Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Serve as the primary IT point of contact for all regulatory initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Compliance, Government Relations, and business stakeholders
- Ensure regulatory projects adhere to internal IT governance, standards, and project management frameworks
- Prepare executive level project status reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and support project closure and benefits realization
- Track and report the status of regulatory technology issues and external compliance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- PMP certification or equivalent
- 5–6+ years of Technology Project Management experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is an advantage

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is mandatory.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is an advantage.
- 5–6+ years of Technology Project Management experience.
