Responsibilities
- Manage assigned IT projects in accordance with established project management methodologies and governance frameworks
- Ensure successful project delivery by meeting agreed objectives, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with business units, IT teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service commitments
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project charters, plans, status reports, risk registers, and closure reports
- Provide regular project updates and progress reports to management and stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and quality throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- PMP certification is mandatory
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing large scale IT projects
- Proven experience in banking, financial services, or highly regulated industries preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Job Purpose
- The IT Project Manager is responsible for managing, coordinating, and monitoring a portfolio of IT projects from initiation through closure.
- Ensures successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards while aligning with organizational objectives and strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
- MBA or Master's Degree is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing large scale IT projects.
- Proven experience in banking, financial services, or highly regulated industries is preferred.
- Experience managing multiple projects and cross functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in vendor management, stakeholder management, and project governance.
