Role Overview
Lead regulatory IT projects and initiatives from intake through closure.
Ensure delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining regulatory alignment.
Act as the single point of contact for IT on regulatory topics.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
- Plan and lead team activities and project resources.
- Manage project scope, timeline, and deliverables.
- Monitor progress and resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain stakeholder communication and coordinate dependencies with the PMO team.
- Ensure regulatory work follows IT processes.
- Work closely with Compliance and Government Relations departments.
- Prepare and present project status reports.
- Track and control risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Support project closure and benefits tracking.
- Track and report external regulatory technology issues and their status.
Role Requirements
- Manage regulatory IT projects through intake, planning, execution, monitoring, control, reporting, and closure.
- Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Maintain alignment with regulatory expectations and IT processes.
- Coordinate effectively with PMO, Compliance, and Government Relations teams.
