Evolve BitX Tech is seeking an experienced and strategic **IT Project Director** to lead large-scale technology initiatives and oversee project delivery operations.
This role is ideal for a senior IT professional with expertise in project management, digital transformation, and cross-functional leadership.
The IT Project Director will be responsible for ensuring successful project execution, aligning technology initiatives with business goals, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee IT projects from planning through execution and delivery.
- Develop project strategies, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with technical teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Monitor project performance, risks, and quality standards.
- Ensure timely delivery of technology initiatives within scope and budget.
- Drive process improvements and project management best practices.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party technology partners.
- Prepare project reports, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
- Support organizational digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT project management or technology leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and enterprise systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
