Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and coordinating IT projects under the guidance of the Project Manager
- Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation
- Perform technical writing for manuals, process documentation, and IT procedures in English and Arabic
- Track and report project progress, highlighting risks, issues, and dependencies
- Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Support budget tracking, procurement requests, and vendor management activities
- Ensure compliance with quality, security, and governance standards
- Assist in adoption of project management tools, templates, and best practices
- Provide general administrative and operational support for the IT Project Management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 4 years of IT project coordination or support roles
- Strong technical writing skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar)
- Project management certifications such as CAPM, Prince2 Foundation, or Agile Fundamentals (preferred)

Role Overview
- We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.
- The role will serve as a key link between project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, technical writing expertise, and the ability to work effectively in both English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and coordinating IT projects under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, including project charters, meeting minutes, reports, schedules, and status updates.
- Perform technical writing for manuals, process documentation, and IT procedures, ensuring clarity and accuracy in both English and Arabic.
- Track and report project progress, highlighting risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- Support budget tracking, procurement requests, and vendor management activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, security, and governance standards.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (required).

- Proven experience (2–4 years) in IT project coordination or support roles.
- Strong technical writing skills, with ability to produce clear, concise, and well structured documentation.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, SDLC, and software project delivery frameworks is an advantage.
