Role Overview

  • We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.
  • The role will serve as a key link between project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, technical writing expertise, and the ability to work effectively in both English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, monitoring, and coordinating IT projects under the guidance of the Project Manager.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, including project charters, meeting minutes, reports, schedules, and status updates.
  • Perform technical writing for manuals, process documentation, and IT procedures, ensuring clarity and accuracy in both English and Arabic.
  • Track and report project progress, highlighting risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations.
  • Support budget tracking, procurement requests, and vendor management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, security, and governance standards.
  • Assist in adoption of project management tools, templates, and best practices.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support for the IT Project Management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (required).
  • Project management certifications such as CAPM, Prince2 Foundation, or Agile Fundamentals (preferred).
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in IT project coordination or support roles.
  • Strong technical writing skills, with ability to produce clear, concise, and well structured documentation.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, SDLC, and software project delivery frameworks is an advantage.
