IT Program Manager

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field. Professional certifications or formal training in project management, Agile delivery, change management, or business process improvement are considered advantageous.
• Proven experience in leading and driving project delivery across cross-functional initiatives, including planning, schedule tracking, governance, status reporting, and risk and issue management, with increasing ownership and autonomy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, navigate ambiguity, and contribute to decision-making by applying structured problem-solving and a strong understanding of the broader project context.
• Superior stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, build credibility, and support alignment across teams with differing priorities.
• Expert with PMO methodologies, frameworks, and tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Office, applying them to drive consistency and transparency in delivery.
• Experience contributing to projects in areas such as software development, systems integration, business transformation, or process improvement, with exposure to end-to-end delivery lifecycles.
• Typically, 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in project coordination, PMO, project management, or related delivery roles, demonstrating progression toward managing increasing complexity and responsibility.

The salary range for this full-time position is $ 134,880 - $185,500 .

Individual compensation within the range is determined based on work location and a variety of factors, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and relevant education or training.
