What you’ll work on
- Manage the complete procurement lifecycle across multiple categories (including intake, sourcing, negotiations, supplier and contract management).
- Support sourcing activities for technology, professional services and other business needs.
- Evaluate supplier proposals, pricing and contract terms to ensure best value, risk mitigation and compliance.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and align procurement strategies with business needs.
- Lead or support negotiations of commercial terms and contracts.
- Maintain supplier relationships and support performance management and issue resolution.
- Track contracts, renewals and spend to identify optimization and cost-savings opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of procurement processes and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives including tools, reporting and process standardisation.
