Position: IT Project Manager Must hold an active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Falls Technology is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support the design, development, integration, and maintenance of enterprise web applications for a high-profile customer in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

This role requires a dynamic individual with strong analytical and project management skills who can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive team performance using Agile methodologies.

• Plan and coordinate program management activities, including meeting scheduling and preparation of briefings and presentations
• Support the Program Manager with resource planning, leveling, and analysis
• Supervise team members within the agile team structure and manage performance
• Document Agile Project Plans (MVIs, Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria) with impact analysis and level of effort in the enterprise requirements management tool
• Oversee agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and more
• Proactively remove roadblocks for the development team
• Create and maintain project reporting using the enterprise requirements management system
