We are looking for a motivated IT and E-Commerce Specialist to support IT operations and manage daily e-commerce activities. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software, maintaining online stores, processing orders, and providing technical support.

Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for computers, printers, internet, and office software
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Maintain company IT equipment and user accounts
- Manage and update products on e commerce platforms and the company website
- Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory
- Process online orders and coordinate with warehouse or delivery team
- Monitor online sales and prepare basic reports
- Assist customers with online inquiries and order concerns
- Ensure all product information is accurate and up to date
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and external IT service providers when required
Requirements
- At least 1 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Retail Pro and Power BI
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and software
- Experience with e commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or Noon
- Good communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Job Summary
