Role Overview
The company is seeking an IT and E-commerce Specialist to support IT operations and daily e-commerce activities.
The role combines office technology support with online store and order administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for computers, printers, internet, and office software.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Maintain IT equipment and user accounts.
- Manage products on e-commerce platforms and the company website.
- Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
- Process online orders and coordinate with warehouse or delivery teams.
- Monitor online sales and prepare basic reports.
- Assist customers with online inquiries and order concerns.
- Keep product information accurate and current.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and external IT service providers.
Qualifications
- Have at least one to two years of relevant experience.
- Have basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and software.
- Have online marketing experience.
- Have good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Advantageous Experience
- Experience with Retail Pro and Power BI is relevant.
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or Noon is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
