Role Overview
Join Lenovo's manufacturing plant team in Riyadh during the transition from startup operations to stable business-as-usual operations.
Serve as an on-site IT application support resource for business-critical manufacturing and plant applications.
Work with local and global teams to support production operations, resolve application issues, and contribute to AI-enabled operational transformation.
What You'll Do
- Support, maintain, and improve enterprise applications used across manufacturing, shopfloor, supply chain, and plant functions.
- Configure application functionality based on business and technical requirements.
- Monitor application performance, investigate incidents, troubleshoot issues, and drive root-cause resolution.
- Participate in deployments, upgrades, patching, and application lifecycle management.
- Contribute to transformation projects through requirements analysis, testing, AI tool adoption, monitoring solutions, and project coordination.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and security teams to ensure application availability, reliability, and performance.
- Provide Level 2 production support and maintain documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles.
