Role Overview
The role supports, maintains, and improves enterprise applications used across manufacturing, shopfloor, supply chain, and plant business functions.
The position provides Level 2 production support and contributes to operational transformation and application lifecycle initiatives.
Application Support
- Configure application functionality according to business and technical requirements.
- Monitor application performance and investigate incidents.
- Troubleshoot application issues and drive root cause resolution.
- Provide Level 2 support for production environments.
- Maintain standard operating procedures, documentation, and knowledge articles.
Projects and Lifecycle Management
- Participate in application deployments, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management initiatives.
- Contribute to requirements analysis, testing, AI tool adoption, monitoring solutions, and application-related project coordination.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and security teams to maintain application availability, reliability, and performance.
