- Develop dashboards, analytics, and operational reporting
- Drive workflow standardization and data quality across facilities
- Partner with clinical, operational, RCM, Finance, and IT stakeholders to improve efficiency and user experience
Requirements
- Experience with InterSystems TrakCare or similar EMR systems
- Knowledge of PAS and RCM workflows in a healthcare setting
- Hands on experience in optimizing patient access, registration, insurance, billing, and claims processes
- Ability to develop dashboards, analytics, and operational reporting
- Experience in workflow standardization and data quality improvement
