The Opportunity
1Click Energy Solutions is seeking a hands-on IT Operations Manager to own and lead the internal IT function.
The role initially operates as a department of one with support from leadership, a Full Stack Developer, and external specialists.
The manager will resolve technical issues, administer critical systems, advise leadership, and build processes and a growth roadmap.
Work Arrangement
- This is a full-time position based at the downtown Toronto office five days per week.
- Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.
IT Operations Ownership
- Prioritize support, security, infrastructure, projects, and continuous improvement based on business impact and risk.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, access controls, multifactor authentication, and security policies.
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, devices, permissions, endpoint management, patching, antivirus, backups, and access reviews.
- Support NetSuite, HubSpot, Dialpad, customer-support platforms, field-service applications, and other SaaS systems.
- Manage hardware, networking, Wi-Fi, printers, server-room equipment, meeting-room technology, and access-control systems.
