Deepwatch is expanding its India Global Capability Center in Bengaluru.
About the Role
Own day-to-day IT operations in India while contributing to the global workplace technology strategy.
Serve as the primary IT contact for employees and leadership in India and handle complex technical escalations.
The role has no initial direct reports but may later oversee employees, contractors, service providers, and vendors.
India IT Operations
- Own IT service reliability, technical issue resolution, stakeholder coordination, vendor coordination, outage communication, and the India IT operating model.
- Administer corporate SaaS platforms, user access, identity integrations, access reviews, licensing, and system ownership records.
Endpoint and Service Management
- Manage the corporate macOS fleet and an enterprise MDM platform such as Kandji, Jamf, or Mosyle.
