Responsibilities
- Own the day to day operation of all IT infrastructure and business systems
- Ensure high system availability, reliability and performance
- Lead incident management and root cause analysis
- Manage servers, cloud infrastructure and network environments
- Support and improve CRM, ERP, membership platforms, POS systems, finance integrations and internal applications
- Partner with software developers to prioritise enhancements and coordinate testing, deployments and release management
- Champion the adoption of AI across the business and identify opportunities to automate repetitive work
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, monitor SLAs and negotiate improvements
- Lead technology implementation projects from planning through execution
- Promote cybersecurity best practices and ensure compliance with IT policies
Requirements
- 6–10 years' experience leading IT operations in a multi site environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, networking, virtualization and cloud platforms
- Experience managing business applications and enterprise systems
- Experience working alongside software development teams
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles
- Experience implementing automation and AI tools in business operations
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong project management capability
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Azure, ITIL, Fortinet or similar) are advantageous

The Opportunity
- Reporting to the Head of IT, responsible for ensuring the stability, security and continuous improvement of the company's technology ecosystem.
- Work across infrastructure, cloud services, business applications, software development, vendors and AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day to day operation of all IT infrastructure and business systems.
- Ensure high system availability, reliability and performance.
- Lead incident management and root cause analysis.
- Drive preventative maintenance and continuous improvement.
- Monitor system health and proactively resolve issues before they impact operations.
- Manage servers, cloud infrastructure and network environments.
- Maintain firewalls, Wi Fi, switches and security controls.
- Oversee backups, disaster recovery and business continuity.
- Support and improve CRM, ERP, membership platforms, POS systems, finance integrations and internal applications.
- Partner with software developers to prioritise enhancements and coordinate testing, deployments and release management.
- Champion the adoption of AI across the business and identify opportunities to automate repetitive work.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, monitor SLAs and negotiate improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 6–10 years' experience leading IT operations in a multi site environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, networking, virtualization and cloud platforms.
- Experience managing business applications and enterprise systems.
- Experience working alongside software development teams.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles.

- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 Administration, VMware or Hyper V, Fortinet, Cisco or Ubiquiti networking, SQL databases, CRM platforms, Zoho, AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate or other workflow automation platforms.
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Azure, ITIL, Fortinet or similar) are advantageous.
