The IT Operations Analyst is accountable for supporting the systems, applications, and store infrastructure that enable Casey’s store business processes. This includes monitoring daily production activity, performing basic maintenance, and supporting requests escalated from the Store Help Desk or requests created by automated monitoring tools.
When applicable, this role collaborates with engineers and cross-functional IT teams to validate that integrations, developed components, and infrastructure changes are implemented as intended. Ensures systems or applications operating outside normal parameters are reported, documented, and remediated according to established service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary support contact for day-to-day infrastructure operations by monitoring and responding to incidents submitted through the service management platform.
Partner with the internal Help Desk and third-party vendors to help ensure store connectivity performs as expected.
Support infrastructure performance by assisting with provisioning, modifying, and maintaining servers and cloud-based resources.
Provide technical support for store systems using approved secure remote support tools, such as Bomgar/BeyondTrust.
Support and maintain edge infrastructure that enables critical store and site operations.
Assist with deploying, monitoring, and validating Microsoft security patches and operating system updates across supported infrastructure to help maintain system stability, security, and compliance.
Use basic scripting, such as PowerShell or Python, to assist with automation, troubleshooting, and operational support activities.
Monitor production systems for availability, capacity, and performance.

Assist with managing, monitoring, executing, and validating enterprise system backups, including confirmation that secured backup data is stored in a physically separate location from the source system.
