Role Overview

Network and Security Infrastructure

• Manage, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, switches, and routers.
• Administer Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, including security policies, VPNs, NAT, traffic monitoring, logging, and firmware upgrades.
• Maintain network security, performance, and high availability using cybersecurity best practices.

IT Hardware and Systems

• Manage servers, storage systems, workstations, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, user access control, and group policies.
• Provide IT end-user support for daily operational tasks and system issues.

CCTV Surveillance

• Install, configure, and expand camera systems.
• Manage NVR/DVR systems, storage monitoring, and backups.
• Manage user access and footage retrieval.
• Troubleshoot cameras, network connectivity, and recording issues.

SAP Business One Support

• Create, modify, and cancel sales, purchase, and inventory documents.
• Update prices and manage price lists.
• Provide daily support for SAP Business One transactions and operational issues.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, warehouse, and operations teams.

Operations and Documentation

• Perform backup, recovery, and disaster preparedness for IT and security systems.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues before service disruption.
• Maintain IT, network, SAP, and CCTV documentation, diagrams, and procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT infrastructure, security systems, and SAP-related support.
