IT Monitor - Business Development Manager

Role Overview

Mission

• Conduct B2B business development and pre-sales activities with end customers and system integrators.
• Manage customers and system integrators to achieve business goals in public-sector verticals and other target companies.
• Provide solution packages and proposals based on an in-depth understanding of customer needs and usage.
• Present LG products and explain their advantages to consultants, partners, and end customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure monitor sales capability through channel expansion, sales growth, and profitability improvements.
• Increase sales visibility through pipeline management and customer-oriented activity.
• Develop and present monitor products as solutions for end customers.
• Understand current technology trends through extensive product knowledge.
• Engage with key system integrators in the IT sector.
• Report progress and issues on time, align with relevant teams, and manage the pipeline.
• Manage forecasts and sales estimates and achieve sales targets.

Experience and Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT business development or enterprise account management is required.
• Dell, HP, or IT system integrator experience is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in vertical business and account or system-integrator management are required.
• Good presentation skills and a strong understanding of IT products and solutions are required.
• An active and passionate approach to the work is required.

Education

• A BSc or MBA is preferable.

Other Skills

• Expert-level MS Office skills are required.
• Good communication skills are required.
• IT sales experience is required.

Workplace

• The position is based in Dubai, UAE.
