Role Overview
MedMe Health is building a dedicated in-house IT and internal security function for a growing distributed team.
This is the first dedicated IT hire, combining architecture and day-to-day execution across an established technology stack and fleet in two countries.
The function supports a compliance path from SOC 2 toward HITRUST.

The Opportunity
MedMe Health is building a dedicated in-house IT and internal security function for a growing distributed team.
This is the first dedicated IT hire, combining architecture and day-to-day execution across an established technology stack and fleet in two countries.
The function supports a compliance path from SOC 2 toward HITRUST.
Identity and Access
- Own SaaS access provisioning and deprovisioning, automating processes where safe.
- Administer Google Workspace, SSO, and the password manager.
- Run access reviews and govern contractor and offshore access involving PHI.
Devices and Security Operations
- Own MDM migration, configuration baselines, endpoint policies, and the full device fleet lifecycle.
- Operate email security, endpoint detection, and account protection tooling, including alert triage and detection tuning.
- Own incident response, vulnerability and patch programs, penetration testing, and security awareness training.
