Role Description
- The IT Manager / Strategy Manager is responsible for leading technology initiatives while supporting the development and execution of business strategies that drive operational excellence, digital transformation, and long term organizational growth.
- This role bridges information technology and strategic planning by aligning technology capabilities with business objectives and ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing IT strategies, technology roadmaps, and business improvement plans that support organizational priorities.
- Evaluating business needs, identifying technology opportunities, and recommending innovative solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, security, and overall business performance.
- Overseeing IT projects, system implementations, and process optimization initiatives while ensuring effective resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to gather business requirements, define project objectives, and translate strategic goals into practical technology solutions.
