Oversee and optimize global IT infrastructure and manage a team of IT professionals.
Support seamless operations, system reliability, business continuity, and digital transformation across multiple regions.
Workplace
- The role is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Compensation
- Payout is $60-$75 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Manage IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.
- Oversee budget planning, procurement, and vendor relationships for IT resources.
- Ensure 24/7 system availability with minimal downtime and rapid incident resolution.
- Align technology strategies with business objectives while supporting business continuity and digital transformation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- At least 7 years of IT management experience, including team leadership and project oversight, is required.
- Proficiency in enterprise IT infrastructure, servers, storage, and networking is required.
- Experience with ITIL frameworks, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance regulations is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage cross-functional technical teams are required.
