About the Role
Creative Dock Group is seeking an IT Manager to support an international bank's expansion in the UAE and KSA. You will provide hands-on IT management, ensure compliance, and help scale operations.

Responsibilities
- Provide general IT management support within a small, agile in country IT function
- Support the integration and structuring of IT operations as the business scales across the region
- Help ensure the local IT setup meets the rigorous operational and regulatory standards expected of an established financial institution
- Work flexibly and collaboratively within an existing organizational structure
- Take a proactive, 'roll up your sleeves' approach to daily problem solving and project delivery
Requirements
- Demonstrated IT experience within the banking or financial services sector is strongly preferred
- Proven track record of taking a hands on, delivery focused approach in fast paced, dynamic environments
- Comfortable working on site in a growth market environment with evolving priorities
- Ability to work independently and integrate seamlessly into an existing international team
- Fluent written and spoken English is strictly required

Role Overview
- We are supporting an international bank in establishing and strengthening its in country IT capability across the UAE and KSA as part of a wider regional growth strategy.
- We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join a small, growing local IT team and provide hands on management support during this expansion phase.
