Responsibilities
- Ensure IT maintenance work and troubleshooting is carried out to a high standard and follows all Amazon policies and guidelines, specifically IT and Health & Safety.
- Coordinate and oversee team projects as they support technical task execution.
- Manage the IT budget through its lifecycle.
- Lead people, hours, and shifts, including staff and team scheduling.
- Inspire continuous improvement of all IT team processes and initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of leading technology teams as an IT operations manager
- 5+ years of IT experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of hardware architectures
- Experience with system management tools and client/server environments
- Experience working in an engineering, construction, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
