- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in construction, engineering, or EPC environments is beneficial

Role Description
- The IT Manager will oversee the day to day operation, security, and optimization of the company's IT infrastructure and systems.
- This full time role is on site in Doha, Qatar.
- The IT Manager will lead and mentor the IT team, define and implement IT policies and procedures, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Responsibilities also include planning and managing IT budgets, supporting digital transformation initiatives, ensuring data security and compliance, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve system performance and business efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure management, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud or virtual environments.
- Experience with IT security, data protection, backup and recovery, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in enterprise systems and applications (e.g., ERP, collaboration tools, project management software) and their integration.
- Demonstrated ability in IT project management, vendor management, and implementing technology solutions within budget and timelines.
- Leadership skills to manage and develop an IT team, with a focus on coaching, performance management, and collaborative work.
