- Strong problem solving, planning, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience developing policies, procedures, and IT governance frameworks

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and develop our technology environment, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT services that support business operations and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and support IT team members in their day to day activities.
- Oversee the maintenance, performance, and security of IT infrastructure.
- Ensure robust backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes are in place and regularly tested.
- Manage software licensing, renewals, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, warranties, licenses, and equipment lifecycle information.
- Manage the IT budget and ensure cost effective procurement of technology solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of responsive, high quality IT support services.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, procedures, and knowledge repositories.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Coordinate and deliver user training on core business systems and IT best practices.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in an IT management or senior IT leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and business systems.
- Experience managing IT budgets, vendors, and service providers.
- Strong problem solving, planning, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience developing policies, procedures, and IT governance frameworks.
- Relevant IT certifications and qualifications are advantageous.
