Practical Microsoft 365 and identity administration: users, groups, licenses, permissions, authentication, MFA, and access troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of endpoint management concepts: device enrollment, software deployment, operating-system updates, compliance, and hardware lifecycle tracking.
Basic network troubleshooting across DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN or remote connectivity, routing, firewalls, and common connectivity issues.
Strong documentation habits and the ability to work within secure, documented, auditable processes.
Experience with Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft 365, Conditional Access, Windows Server, or PowerShell will help a candidate become productive faster. Experience with endpoint security tooling or regulated environments such as healthcare, HITRUST, HIPAA, or SOC 2 is also valuable.
As proficiency grows, the role may assist with AWS, SQL Server, Linux, automation, DevOps tooling, backup validation, and disaster-recovery work.
