Internship Program

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking students for IT internship opportunities in its Pune IT Hub.

The January-June 2027 program is a multi-role internship covering several technology-focused project areas.

Candidates may be matched to projects based on business needs, technical skills, academic background, and career interests.

Program Location

The internship opportunities are based at the IT Hub in Pune, India.

Potential Project Areas

AI Engineering projects may involve AI-enabled applications, machine learning solutions, cloud platforms, data workflows, software development, and automation.
Automation and Agentic AI projects may involve business systems analysis, requirements gathering, solution testing, process documentation, system support, and AI-driven solutions.
Enterprise Data, Analytics and AI Integration projects may involve data platform modernization, analytics, reporting, data quality, governance, automation, and scalable data and AI capabilities.

What Interns May Do

Contribute to the development, testing, support, and implementation of technology solutions.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to solve challenges and improve business processes.
Assist with data analysis, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives.
Support software development, application enhancement, and cloud-based technology projects.
Document requirements, workflows, technical designs, and project outcomes.
Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
Present recommendations and project updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Apply practices in software engineering, data management, analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, and information technology.

Minimum Qualifications

Currently pursue a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, data science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
Be available for a full-time internship from January 2027 through June 2027.
Be in good academic standing.
Demonstrate interest in technology, software development, data analytics, artificial intelligence, automation, cloud technologies, or related disciplines.
Have strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, learning agility, and prioritization abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience or coursework in Python, SQL, data analytics, reporting, artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud technologies, software development, or business analysis is preferred.
Experience or coursework in Power BI, data visualization, Git, CI/CD, or related development practices is preferred.
Academic, personal, open-source, or project-based experience is highly valued.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are preferred.
