Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/3 support for infrastructure related incidents and service requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, virtualization, and cloud
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability
- Participate in incident response and perform root cause analysis
- Administer Active Directory (users, groups, service accounts)
- Support hybrid identity environments (Entra ID, Azure AD Connect)
- Support AWS (EC2, FSx, S3, MGN, DataSync) and Azure environments
- Administer Windows Server environments (2016–2025)
- Manage SAN/NAS and cloud storage platforms
- Perform backup and recovery operations including DRP testing
Requirements
- 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP
- Virtualization experience (VMware preferred, Hyper V is an asset)
- Cloud experience (EC2, FSx, S3, DataSync, EntraID, EntraDS, Intune, Conditional Access)
- PowerShell scripting
- Networking knowledge (L2/L3, VPN, WiFi)
- Citrix (DaaS) experience
- NPS/RADIUS experience

Purpose and Overview
- The IT Infrastructure Senior Analyst is responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of core IT infrastructure services across the organization.
- Acts as the escalation point for Level 1 support and ensures stability, performance, and security of systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/3 support for infrastructure related incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, virtualization, and cloud.
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability.
- Participate on incident response and perform root cause analysis.
- Administer Active Directory (users, groups, service accounts).
- Support hybrid identity environments (Entra ID, Azure AD Connect).
- Support AWS (EC2, FSx, S3, MGN, DataSync) and Azure environments.
- Administer Windows Server environments (2016–2025).
- Manage SAN/NAS and cloud storage platforms.
- Perform backup and recovery operations (including DRP testing).
- Support troubleshooting L2/L3 issues, VLANs, STP, LACP, wireless, NPS/RADIUS.
- Apply security best practices, support PKI and certificates, assist in patching and vulnerability remediation.
Required Professional Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP knowledge.
- Virtualization (VMware preferred, Hyper V is an asset).
- Cloud experience (EC2, FSx, S3, DataSync, EntraID, EntraDS, Intune, Conditional Access).
