Role Overview
Superior Glove is hiring an IT Infrastructure Manager for its global headquarters in Acton, Ontario, Canada.
The role is responsible for infrastructure reliability, security, and continuous improvement across North and Central American locations.
The manager leads and mentors a distributed six-person IT team and serves as the senior escalation point for enterprise infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead the distributed IT team and act as the primary hands-on escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
- Own enterprise networks, cloud services, identity, servers, virtualization, storage, endpoints, backup, data-centre operations, and cybersecurity.
- Plan and deliver infrastructure projects, upgrades, and new-site implementations.
- Manage vendors, licensing, maintenance, support agreements, documentation, service processes, and after-hours support.
- Assess infrastructure and cybersecurity risks, business impact, recovery gaps, and investment priorities.
