Serve as the global IAM domain owner and architecture lead, defining identity strategy, standards, and roadmaps across the enterprise
Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities, including identity lifecycle, access governance, and privileged access controls
Define and govern enterprise identity architecture, including role models, access frameworks, and integration patterns across applications and infrastructure
Support and optimize IAM platforms (e.g., Saviynt or similar), including solution design, role engineering, and compliance enforcement
Define and implement Zero Trust security principles across the enterprise, with identity as the core control plane
Lead global SAP security architecture and operations, including roles/authorizations, segregation of duties (SoD), and integration with enterprise IAM solutions
Partner with ERP, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure and scalable access models across SAP environments globally
Lead and enhance Operational Technology (OT) Security, including alignment of identity, access, and segmentation strategies across manufacturing environments
Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security and operations teams to define secure connectivity models between IT and OT domains
Establish and enforce global governance, audit, and compliance controls for identity and access management
Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement scalable, secure architectures aligned with enterprise standards
