Requisition ID 747 - Posted Job Summary We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Lead to manage the organization's IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environment, enterprise network, cybersecurity, virtualization platform, and IT operations.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, network security, backup solutions, and end-user support.
Key Responsibilities
Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and File Services.
Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, and Purview.
Configure and maintain Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco Switches, Aruba Wireless, VPNs, SD-WAN, and LAN/WAN infrastructure.
Administer VMware ESXi and Hyper-V virtualization environments.
Manage enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, SAN/NAS).
Administer Avaya IP Office telephony systems, IP phones, extensions, call routing, and troubleshooting.
Manage Barracuda Email Security Gateway for email filtering, anti-spam, email continuity, and security policies.
Monitor infrastructure, perform troubleshooting, system upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
Maintain cybersecurity controls, endpoint protection, vulnerability remediation, and security best practices.
Prepare technical documentation and support IT projects, audits, and vendor coordination.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Administration.
Experience
supporting multi-site enterprise environments. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
