IT Infrastructure Administrator

Responsibilities and duties may evolve and change over time.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as information technology, computer science, or management information systems
• 5+ Years of experience working in a 24/7 IT environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct experience with Containerization, Kubernetes cluster design, implementation, and management on the following infrastructures (Cloudstack, Proxmox, as well as EKS, GKE, AKS)
• Must be native with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, shell, python, or an equivalent technology)
• Excellent knowledge in cloud computing, GCP, AWS, Azure, Cloudstack, and Proxmox, AI (Machine learning)
• Excellent knowledge of managing Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Experience in Complex IT Environments (Network, Systems, and Storage)
• Excellent technical skills (Linux & Windows, Scripting, Terraform, automation)
• Excellent Problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with systems monitoring, log aggregation, and dashboard solutions (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Otel)
• Experience with DevOps tools and culture
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and attention to detail when communicating
• Able to manage multiple priorities and consistently produce results within timelines
• Able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with other members
• Proven track record of developing and providing Service Level Agreements and Service deliverables
