The IT Infra Support Engineer is part of the IT department and reports to the Chief Technology Officer.

The role is based in Sri City, Tada, Andhra Pradesh.

The position is full-time and requires 6 months to 2 years of experience.

A B.Tech degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering is required.
The role requires experience supporting desktops, networks, hardware, software, AV systems, and classroom technology.

Required technical skills include desktop support, L1 network support, hardware and software troubleshooting, AV system support, and classroom technology support.

Provide user support and resolve hardware and software issues.
Troubleshoot network connectivity and system malfunctions.
Configure desktop hardware and install or update software and operating systems.
Maintain and operate classroom AV systems.
Document technical issues and resolutions.
Perform other related duties within the employee's skills and abilities when reasonably instructed.
