The Help Desk Technician serves as the first point of contact for IT-related issues within Whitaker Construction, providing technical support to business users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with system administration tasks as needed.
This is an entry-level position, and the successful candidate will be expected to grow into Desktop Support, Application Support, Network Support, and Server Support roles over time.
