Role Overview

- At least four years of experience in IT help desk, service desk, or desktop support roles is required.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments is required.
- Experience administering and troubleshooting Windows 11 is required.
Technical Skills
- Required skills include Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and Windows 11 support.
- The role includes endpoint patching, Exchange Online, network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting, printer management, backup monitoring, access management, and IT asset management.
- Preferred skills include Microsoft Defender, security best practices, ITIL Foundation, modern desktop administration certification, access control systems, and SLA-driven ticketing environments.
Language and Competencies
- Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English are mandatory.
- The role requires communication, customer service, troubleshooting, analytical, prioritization, documentation, and organizational abilities.
