IT Head

We are seeking an accomplished IT, Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Head to lead Agivant's enterprise IT backbone — spanning cloud, data center, network, and cybersecurity. This is a high-impact leadership role demanding equal parts strategic vision and operational accountability, with measurable ownership across infrastructure availability, information security, asset lifecycle, and client-facing IT governance.

Maintain 99.9% infrastructure uptime through proactive monitoring, HA design, and robust incident response.

Life cycle management for desktop and cloud SaaS applications like Office 365, Zoho etc. with regular patches/upgrades/feature releases and license management.

Automate service desk, access provisioning, alerting, patching, and IT policy enforcement; enforce SLAs for all IT requests.

Own Backup & Disaster Recovery readiness with regularly tested RTO/RPO targets.

Lead 24x7 operations with ITIL-aligned processes to minimize MTTR and unplanned downtime.

Execute enterprise cybersecurity strategy across network, endpoint, identity, and data protection layers.

Own audit, assessment, and certification renewal cycles for ISO 27001/BS 7799, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and NIST.
