Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **International IT Hardware Sales & Procurement Executive** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and selling IT hardware products while developing strong relationships with international and local suppliers and customers.
The role requires market research, supplier relationship management, inventory evaluation, negotiation, and identifying profitable business opportunities in the IT hardware industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new suppliers and customers for IT hardware products worldwide.
- Source and procure refurbished and used laptops, desktops, RAM, HDDs, SSDs, servers, and related IT products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ITAD suppliers, distributors, wholesalers, and customers.
- Conduct supplier research and communicate with vendors through online channels and direct visits.
- Visit suppliers’ warehouses and inspect stock quality, quantities, and product conditions.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and procurement agreements with suppliers.
- Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor activities.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for shipping, inventory, and order fulfillment.
- Meet sales and procurement targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, supplier details, and inventory reports.
- Participate in business meetings, exhibitions, and networking events when required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in **IT Hardware Procurement, Sales, or Business Development**
- Strong knowledge of refurbished and used IT hardware products
- Experience in international and local UAE markets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to identify profitable buying and selling opportunities
- Strong customer relationship management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of **ITAD (IT Asset Disposition)** business processes
- Experience with CRM software and ERP systems
- Strong understanding of product grading and hardware specifications
- Familiarity with global suppliers and B2B sourcing platforms
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and logistics coordination
- Strong analytical and market research skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Multi-language communication skills are an advantage
- UAE driving license is a plus
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum **2–5 years** of experience in IT hardware sales/procurement
