Responsibilities
- Identify, vet, and manage Tier 1/2 OEMs and regional distributors for high density servers, network gear, and cabling
- Drive end to end contract lifecycles including Master Purchase Agreements (MPAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and warranty/support negotiations
- Monitor global semiconductor trends to mitigate long lead time risks and support just in time inventory of mission critical hardware
- Partner with Systems Engineering and Architecture teams to translate technical specs into scalable multi year procurement roadmaps
- Oversee procurement and delivery of integrated components including NVIDIA Grace CPUs, NVLink, InfiniBand, and ConnectX 8
- Architect procurement workflows that satisfy security, data residency, and national compliance requirements for Sovereign AI cloud deployments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical STEM field
- 5+ years of experience in high performance computing (HPC) or hyperscale datacenter procurement environments
- Deep understanding of NVIDIA reference architectures and Dell/HP hardware familiarity
- Foundational understanding of hardware software stack including operating systems, device drivers, and firmware versioning
- Ability to bridge technical engineering requirements with executive level financial/commercial constraints

Role Overview
- As the IT Hardware Procurement Manager, you will be the strategic architect of our global AI infrastructure supply chain.
- Lead end to end sourcing for high performance compute (HPC) and sovereign AI cloud platforms.
- Requires deep technical fluency in NVIDIA architecture and aggressive commercial acumen.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Ecosystem: Identify, vet, and manage Tier 1/2 OEMs and regional distributors for high density servers, network gear, and cabling.
- Commercial Leadership: Drive end to end contract lifecycles including MPAs, SLAs, and complex warranty/support negotiations.
- Technical Risk & Inventory Management: Monitor global semiconductor trends to mitigate long lead time risks.
- Cross Functional Roadmap Alignment: Partner with Systems Engineering and Architecture teams to translate technical specs into scalable procurement roadmaps.
- System Integration Support: Oversee procurement of integrated components including NVIDIA Grace CPUs, NVLink, InfiniBand, and ConnectX 8.
- Sovereign AI & Compliance: Architect procurement workflows for security, data residency, and national compliance.
Qualifications

- Practical knowledge of how hardware specifications impact AI workloads (LLM training vs. low latency inference).
