Role Overview
The IT Executive works in the Information Technology department of Dr. N. Y. Tasgaonkar Institute of Medical Science, Raigad Hospital and Research Centre.
The role reports to the IT Manager or Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain computers, laptops, printers, networks, and IT systems.
- Provide technical support to college, hospital, and administrative staff.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, LAN, Wi-Fi, and system issues.
- Install and configure software, operating systems, and IT equipment.
- Maintain IT asset records and ensure regular system backups.
- Support hospital and college software applications and user accounts.
- Monitor network and system security and follow IT policies.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for technical support when required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate or diploma qualification in IT, computer science, or a related field.
- One to five years of experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may be considered.
