About the Role
DUKAN is hiring an experienced Enterprise Application Support Leader to join their IT team in Jeddah. The role involves providing Level 1 & 2 support for ERP and POS applications, managing SLAs, and coordinating with vendors.

Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for ERP and POS applications
- Support SAP ERP and iVend POS environments
- Monitor and maintain application SLAs and system performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents and user issues
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and system enhancements
- Support retail operations across stores and head office
- Participate in testing, upgrades, patches, and new application releases
- Analyze recurring issues and recommend system improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in ERP, POS, or enterprise application support
- Hands on experience with SAP ERP and retail POS systems
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or ManageEngine
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Retail industry experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The Role
