The Role

  • Hiring: Enterprise Application Support Leader
  • Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
  • We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Application Support Leader to join our IT team and support critical business applications across our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for ERP and POS applications.
  • Support SAP ERP and iVend POS environments.
  • Monitor and maintain application SLAs and system performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents and user issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and system enhancements.
  • Support retail operations across stores and head office.
  • Participate in testing, upgrades, patches, and new application releases.
  • Analyze recurring issues and recommend system improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP, POS, or enterprise application support.
  • Hands on experience with SAP ERP and retail POS systems.
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or ManageEngine.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Retail industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
