Role Overview
Lead and inspire an engineering team within TJX’s Global Finance Technology Organization.
Support a multi-year modernization journey affecting more than 60 finance applications across the global business.
Drive engineering excellence, DevSecOps, agile practices, and cloud-based solutions for financial decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Manage engineers at varying levels of seniority and coach, lead, and develop engineering talent.
- Represent the product team in the Engineering Community of Practice.
- Partner with stakeholders on technical solutions, roadmaps, strategies, and architectural alignment.
- Ensure technical oversight and engineering best practices support operational excellence.
- Contribute to high-level architecture and remain accountable for product health and operational targets.
- Serve as the technology contact for strategic requests and an escalation point for technical delivery issues.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent engineering skillset, training, or technical work experience.
- Extensive experience in the solution delivery domain.
- Technical leadership experience on large full-lifecycle SaaS and on-premises application implementations.
