5+ years in IT engineering, corporate engineering, or platform IT at a high-growth tech company.

Fluent with identity, MDM, SaaS lifecycle, and zero-trust networking (Okta/Entra, Jamf/Intune/Kandji, Tailscale/Cloudflare, Google Workspace).

You write real code - Python, TypeScript, or Go - and ship automations as production systems, not scripts.

Hands-on with AI agents and LLM tooling (Lovable, Claude, function-calling, MCP, internal copilots) and a clear point of view on where humans should stay in the loop.

Bias toward eliminating work over optimising it. You measure success in tickets that never need to be opened.

Bonus: experience building internal developer/employee portals, or running IT for a fast-scaling org through 10x growth.
