Spectrum Tech Solutions seeks an ELV & Network Systems Engineer to design, install, and maintain security systems, network infrastructure, firewalls, and wireless solutions.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV Surveillance Systems (IP & Analog)
- Configure and troubleshoot Access Control and Time Attendance systems
- Install, configure, and maintain Enterprise Firewall solutions (Fortinet, Sophos, SonicWall, Cisco, etc.)
- Configure Site to Site VPN, SSL VPN, Firewall Policies, NAT, IPS, Web Filtering, and Network Security
- Install and maintain Structured Cabling and Network Infrastructure
- Configure routers, switches, VLANs, and enterprise Wi Fi solutions
- Install and support IP PABX and Call Centre Solutions
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance under AMC contracts
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and security related issues
- Conduct site surveys and prepare technical proposals
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and as built drawings
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or Telecommunications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in ELV, Networking, Firewall, and Security Systems
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP Networking, Routing, Switching, VLANs, VPNs, NAT, DNS, DHCP, and Network Security
- Hands on experience with Enterprise Firewall solutions such as Fortinet, Sophos, SonicWall, Cisco, or equivalent
- Experience with CCTV systems such as Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, or similar
- Knowledge of Access Control and Biometric Time Attendance systems
- Experience with IP PABX systems such as Grandstream, Yeastar, Fanvil, or similar
- Experience with Wireless Networking solutions (Ubiquiti, MikroTik, TP Link Omada, Ruijie, Cisco, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot network and security system issues independently
- Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills

- Knowledge of Access Control and Biometric Time Attendance systems.
- Experience with IP PABX systems such as Grandstream, Yeastar, Fanvil, or similar.
- Experience with Wireless Networking solutions (Ubiquiti, MikroTik, TP Link Omada, Ruijie, Cisco, etc.).
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization is an advantage.
- Ability to troubleshoot network and security system issues independently.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or Telecommunications.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in ELV, Networking, Firewall, and Security Systems.
- Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE/FCP, Sophos Certified Engineer, MikroTik MTCNA, or vendor certifications in CCTV and Access Control are an advantage.
