Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and user accounts
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi Fi, VPN, firewalls, and network security
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and email related issues
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and disaster recovery procedures
- Configure and maintain IP phones, CCTV systems, biometric devices, and access control systems
- Support ERP, CRM, and other business applications
- Implement cybersecurity best practices, including antivirus, endpoint protection, and security policies
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement, maintenance, and support
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, licenses, and system records
- Provide timely technical support to users across departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 3 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and technical support
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and virtualization
- Experience with firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, and cybersecurity practices
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

- Experience supporting ERP systems.
- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and endpoint protection.
- Familiarity with SQL Server and database backup management.
